Fivetech Screwless Handle Series provides a fully automated handle assembly solution. By using SMT Pick & Place/ automatic punching and riveting process, the handle can be easily combined with the chassis.
This is different from the traditional handle that requires manual screw locking, which not only reduces labor force but also decreases labor costs, improving stability and reliability.
The Screwless Handle Series supports press-in, flare-in, and floating types for all kinds of installation. With the help of automatic stamping equipment, the handles can eliminate labor stations, save labor costs, and improve production efficiency. Meanwhile, the handle can also be fixed on the PCB by the SMT surface adhesion technology, melting the solder paste in a tin furnace.
Since Fivetech Screwless Handle Series is free from traditional screws, there is no need to worry about loosening screws caused by vibration or long-distance transportation. The position of screw locking on the opposite side of the handle is also omitted to achieve a more efficient space configuration.
The Screwless Handle Series is equipped with the special spring design aligned with Fivetech Smart Folding Handle, which is noise-free avoiding interference caused by vibration or system operation. The plastic design provides anti-scalding, light weight, and color recognition function, which is the most suitable and convenient choice for you.
Combining with a pin is another major feature. This positioning column helps adding a positioning function, making the handle and positioning function a 2-in-1 handle to add value for modular products.
