FIVETECH CONFLICT METALS POLICY STATEMENT
Fivetech announced that it is prohibited to use or purchase conflict minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas. It follows the due diligence guidelines of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and regularly checks the source of materials to ensure that it does not use: gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), tin (Sn) and other metals are not mined through anarchic legions or illegal groups, high-risk conflict areas.
Fivetech and our suppliers take actions to comply with the (non-use of conflict minerals) policy, and we will do our best to control and investigate to ensure that mineral materials from conflict areas are not directly and indirectly used.
