Fivetech Responsible Business Alliance
Fivetech is committed to following the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)’s Code of Conduct (formerly known as EICC Code of Conduct). Fivetech ensures all our staffs are employed with respect and rights; Fivetech employees work under safe environment without occupational danger; Fivetech is responsible for environmental sustainability, and follows international environmental regulations; Fivetech upholds the highest standards of business integrity and adopts management system following regulated managing SOP from product sourcing to product delivery. We carefully evaluate every perspective of the company, assuring Fivetech meets the vision of RBA. Fivetech actively follows the international RBA Code of Conduct, commits to the responsibility of the society and environment.

In the belief that the electronic industry supply chain provides safe working environments; all laborers are employed with respect and with rights, and enterprises uphold the responsibility of environmental sustainability and of business ethics.
Fivetech Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and Action Commitment Statement
Our company is committed to implementing the following policies and statements:
- Freely Chosen Employment
Prohibit charging workers fees (Zero Fee Policy), requiring deposits, or retaining personal documents. Any form of forced labor, including involuntary and exploitative prison labor, bonded labor, debt bondage, slavery, and human trafficking, is strictly prohibited. - No Child Labor
Establish child labor verification procedures and protective measures in case of any misuse of child labor. - Appropriate Working Hours
Comply with applicable laws, industry standards, and customer codes of conduct regarding working hours. All overtime must be voluntary. - Reasonable Compensation
Provide employees with compensation that meets the minimum legal requirements (excluding overtime pay and other allowances). Working hours must comply with regulations, and weekly hours must not exceed 60 hours. - Humane Treatment
Strictly prohibit the use of punishment, forced labor, involuntary labor, and disciplinary measures as forms of management. - Non-Discrimination
Eliminate any discrimination in hiring, compensation, training, promotion, dismissal, etc., based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, group background, zodiac sign, blood type, place of origin, veteran status, protected genetic information, marital status, or for filing complaints. - Freedom of Association
Respect employees’ rights to freely associate, join unions, and engage in collective bargaining. - Health and Safety
Strive to provide employees with a healthy and safe work environment, reducing hazards and risks in the workplace. - Occupational Risk Control
Provide employees with proper safety training and protective equipment, assess workplace hazards, and establish emergency response plans to address disasters. - Resource Conservation
Comply with environmental regulations, conserve resources, establish management methods and training to achieve energy-saving and carbon-reduction goals, and minimize safety hazards and environmental impact risks. - Integrity and Ethical Business Practices
All personnel are prohibited from using illegal or unethical methods to gain competitive advantages or improper benefits. - No Improper Benefits
No one may accept or give bribes, nor use unethical means to profit or create conflicts of interest. - Information Disclosure, Intellectual Property, and Privacy
Disclose business information in accordance with industry practices, protect intellectual property, and safeguard the privacy of stakeholders. - Fair Advertising and Competition
Uphold the principles of fair competition and advertising. Monopolistic or collusive behavior to gain profits at the expense of any third party is prohibited. - Management System
Commit to establishing, maintaining, and improving the company’s corporate social responsibility management system, while ensuring employees are fully trained and educated on social responsibility requirements. - Goal Management and Continuous Improvement
Set goals to enhance the effectiveness of the social responsibility management system and continuously improve its performance. - Delegation and Accountability
Appoint senior management to regularly review company policies, measures, and outcomes in accordance with this standard and other company regulations. - Compliance with Regulations and Risk Management
Regularly review legal compliance and conduct risk management activities to effectively reduce risk incidents. - Internal Audit and Management Review
Regularly review and assess the adequacy, applicability, and effectiveness of the management system, making adjustments and improvements as needed. - Communication, Suggestions, Participation, and Feedback
Commit to openly sharing the company’s corporate social responsibility status and improvement plans with all employees, customers, suppliers, and other relevant parties through the company website, bulletin boards, promotional materials, and client site visits. Public feedback and suggestions are welcomed. - Supplier Management
Control suppliers/subcontractors in accordance with the RBA standards and relevant customer codes of conduct.
