Captive Fastener
Fivetech generates Captive Fastener on tool-less, quick-release, and easy assembly applications. There’s no need for extra tools, you can simply lock and unlock just by hand. The mounting design also helps preventing the screw from loosening. There are a variety of head types, sizes, and plastic colors, providing you with the best choice to lock and fasten.
Captive Lock
Including Positioning/Non-Positioning Lock, Latch Lock, Slide Lock and Angle Lock. They are used to position two panels horizontally and can be installed directly in different narrow spaces and different Captive Locks suit.
M.2 Board Latch
M.2 Board Latch has an internal spring structure. The M.2 card can be installed with a slight push. It can be disassembled quickly without tools and automatically unlock in one second. M.2 Board Latch also provides complete reliability for horizontal elastic structure movement and vertical restraint fixation.
Quarter Turn Lock
With the unique buckle design and the spring structure, Quarter Turn Lock series provide quick assembly and disassembly function. Simply press and make a quarter turn to unlock. The hole helps make the pin easier to align when pressed, which improves operation efficiency and user satisfaction.
Roller
Roller Series mainly help reduce friction and are desgined to partially replace slide rails. They come with the most effort-saving mechanism to provide a smooth operational experience. The small volume effectively saves space while the loading force is quite good!
Handle/Ejector
Handle, a noise-free ergonomic design, provides 90-degree positioning which allows parallel placement. Ejector, a product line based on the principle of leverage, is a built-in spring mechanism providing effort-saving eject and automatic hook back function. Together with both Ejector+ Handle, the combination of the two parts provides a more intuitive and smooth operating experience.
SMT Series
Surface Mount Technology. The components are mounted onto the surface of PCB. They’re packaged in tape & reel, helps to adopt the fully automated installation process. Specials
We provide solutions for spool, standoff, nut, and module devices such as Ear Module, Handle Module, Panel Latch, DieCasting, etc. The spring force increases spool tightness, and the lateral fastening helps limit panel orientation. They provide riveting assembly and automated production. Tools like “T” Series screwdriver are also provided.
