SMT Stud
The SMT Stud uses fully automated SMT soldering technology to adhere to the board, providing precise guided installation and direct locking functionality. By simply fastening the locking nut, cooling systems, fans, or other modules can be applied to PCB boards. In comparison to single screw and nut solutions, this approach not only reduces the risk of losing parts but also enhances operational ease and locking efficiency. SMT Pin

SMT pins assist in guiding alignment and are suitable for vertically orienting and fixing circuit boards. This allows different modules to be easily and accurately positioned in designated locations, thereby enhancing the efficiency of assembly operations. Fivetech has a special cutting-edge design at the bottom, enabling directional module applications during the SMT Pick and Place process. This facilitates quick alignment, making installation more convenient and efficient.
Surface Mount Technology
Fivetech utilizes Surface Mount Technology (SMT) for the installation of both SMT Pins and SMT Studs onto PCB boards. This production method involves placing the components onto corresponding solder pads using a vacuum nozzle. The solder is then melted and cooled to secure the components in place.
This manufacturing approach not only addresses concerns related to stamping but also reduces the wastage rate of PCB boards. Fully automated production further minimizes labor costs, enhances production efficiency, and improves product reliability.
